For the first time ever, four of the world’s best Bodyweight Training Coaches, Andry Strong , William Soo, Laura Kummerle, Sondre Berg, and Simon Ata, will be together to offer a Training Camp for nine days at Nirvana Life in Bali.

After the successful Nirvana Strength Training Camp in October 2019 and October 2022, save the date for the next October to enjoy the opportunity to train with the most famous coaches in the industry.

Our goal is simple as we are aiming to inspire and motivate you to embrace bodyweight strength training, handstands, callisthenics, and gymnastics as powerful tools for physical fitness and personal development.

During the training camp, we also want to provide you with the fundamental principles and techniques involved in bodyweight strength training, handstands, callisthenics, and gymnastics.

What to expect from this Nirvana Strength Training Camp?

Expert-led Workshops
Renowned trainers and athletes in the field of bodyweight strength, handstands, callisthenics, and gymnastic training will lead interactive workshops, covering topics such as proper form, core strength development, handstand techniques, muscle-ups, and more.

Practical Demonstrations
You will have the opportunity to witness captivating demonstrations showcasing advanced bodyweight strength moves, awe-inspiring handstand routines, and gymnastic performances, providing inspiration and insight into the possibilities of your own training journey.

Skill Development Stations
Interactive stations will be set up to allow you to practise and refine specific skills, such as handstand holds, muscle-ups, front levers, backflips, and other fundamental bodyweight exercises, with guidance from experienced trainers.

Meet The Coaches:

Andry Strong

Regarded as one of the greatest planche masters in the world. He has been practicing calisthenics since 2012 and is one of the fastest growing calisthenics athlete on social media.

He is widely known for his incredible strength and flexibility that enables him to create and perform unique and amazing feats of strength and movement that most humans cannot even imagine possible. He also holds the world record for the heaviest weighted handstand pushup.

This is a testament to the discipline and dedication to mastering his craft to be THE BEST planche athlete in the world. Through his craft, he aims to motivate and inspire others to do better than what they belief is possible.

Simon Ata (Simonster)

Simonster is a world leader in bodyweight training. Starting gymnastics at an early age, he became passionate about mastering control of the body and immersed himself in the world of bodyweight strength training.

Expanding his skillset with training in martial arts, circus, and breakdance, his movements and teachings reflect a mixture of knowledge from each of these disciplines.

Sondre J. K. Berg

Sondre has been exploring, researching and training bodyweight strength, hand balancing, acrobatics and other loosely defined movement terms for nearly a decade.

Since 2015 he has coached both adults and youngsters, from those who never did a pushup to strong athletes in need of technical training.

He has taught hand balancing, bodyweight strength, adult gymnastics, and various acrobatic movement forms.

Laura Kummerle

Laura is the founder of Paradigm of Perfection that offers consult calls and individualised workout programs.

In 2017, Laura started her training journal with the intent of showing others that people can workout in different ways outside of the traditional gym setting in a way that is fun while completing her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree.

Laura also is an orthopaedic physical therapist, BaseBlocks trainer, MyFlex coach, and certified Barefoot Movement Coach.

William Soo

A movement artist and coach who is passionate about helping people get the most out of their bodies.

He has been training for 17 years, where he started his journey as a bodybuilder and transitioned into bodyweight movement. In the past 3 years, he’s been exploring and pushing further into an incredible combination of strength and expression, which has led him to some amazing feats of strength and movement.

William believes that when we begin to feel better on the inside, we can truly begin to express ourselves more fully on the outside. He strives to help people reach their goals by developing creative movements that are accessible and easy to follow.

1. Registration and Attendance

  • Participants must complete the registration process to secure a spot in the workshop.
  • Attendance is mandatory for all 10 days of the workshop unless otherwise specified.
  • If you are unable to attend, please inform us in advance, if possible, to allow for necessary arrangements.
  • Our policy does not specify any same-gender requirements or restrictions for roommates for the Shared Accommodation Package

2. Workshop Conduct

  • Treat all fellow participants, staff, and guest coaches with respect and professionalism.
  • Engage in constructive discussions and actively participate in workshop activities.
  • Any form of discrimination, harassment, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.

3. Workshop Materials and Intellectual Property

  • Workshop materials provided are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without prior permission.
  • All intellectual property rights of the workshop content belong to the organisers or the respective copyright holders.

4. Confidentiality

  • Participants are expected to maintain confidentiality regarding any sensitive information shared during the workshop, including personal experiences and proprietary business information.

5. Photography and Videography

  • Photographs or videos may be taken during the workshop for promotional purposes.
  • If you have any concerns about being photographed or filmed, please notify the workshop staff in advance.

6. Changes and Cancellations

  • The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the workshop schedule, content, or guest coaches, if necessary.

7. Liability and Insurance

  • The organisers and venue will not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by participants during the workshop.

3. Participant Responsibilities

  • Participants who register with the No-Accommodation package are responsible for their own transportation, accommodation, and any associated costs.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • The organisers, guest coaches, and venue will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the workshop, including but not limited to personal injury, theft, or property damage.
  • Participants are advised to have their own insurance coverage for personal belongings and any medical emergencies.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

  • The organisers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the workshop due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be provided.
  • Participants who wish to cancel their registration must notify the organisers in writing. Refunds, if applicable, will be subject to the following:
    • Cancellation requests received 30 days before the workshop start date: 100%
    • Cancellation requests received 14 days before the workshop start date: 50%
    • Cancellation requests received after the workshop start date: No refund will be provided.

7. Code of Conduct

  • Participants are expected to adhere to a code of conduct that promotes respect, inclusivity, and professionalism. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated, and the organisers reserve the right to take appropriate action, including participant expulsion, if necessary.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

  • The organisers will collect and process personal data provided during the registration process in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the organisers’ privacy policy.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.
