Improve your workout with a personalised training programme

Here’s how it works:

  1. PRE-PROGRAM ASSESSMENT – Choose your package and meet with our coach to set objectives and receive a fitness assessment that includes nutrition education and an overview of exercises.
  2. GET YOUR PERSONALISED WORKOUT PROGRAMME – Our coach will develop a comprehensive programme. The plan is unique and personalised to you and includes exercises, reps, intensity, and volume.
  3. MONITOR YOUR PROGRESS – Throughout the transformation journey, you can monitor your progress for the best possible outcome.
  4. POST-PROGRAM ASSESSMENT – Repeat your fitness assessment with our coach to determine your progress!

Inclusions:

  1. Personalised training programme based on your fitness assessment results. This includes 3 personal training sessions per week with our world class coaches – Choose your coach here
  2. Consultation for your personalised meal plan with our professional nutritionist, tailored to match your specific program and dietary needs
  3. Daily healthy meal plan for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner after a consultation with our nutritionist.
  4. Nirvana Life membership giving you full access to over 100 Strength and Wellness classes each week.
  5. Full access to our Recovery spa with a Dry Sauna, Hot Tub, Steam room, Infrared sauna and Ice and Cold baths.
  6. Accommodation with transport from the hotel to Nirvana Life (round trip) for your stay here in Bali (optional)
