  1. PRE-PROGRAM ASSESSMENT – Choose your package and meet with our coach to set objectives and receive a fitness assessment that includes nutrition education and an overview of exercises.
  2. GET YOUR PERSONALISED WORKOUT PROGRAMME – Our coach will develop a comprehensive programme. The plan is unique and personalised to you and includes exercises, reps, intensity, and volume.
  3. MONITOR YOUR PROGRESS – Throughout the transformation journey, you can monitor your progress for the best possible outcome.
  4. POST-PROGRAM ASSESSMENT – Repeat your fitness assessment with our coach to determine your progress!

Inclusions:

  1. Personalised training programme based on your fitness assessment results. This includes 3 personal training sessions per week with our world class senior coach.
  2. Daily healthy meal plan which includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
  3. Nirvana Life Membership which will give you full access to over 80 strength and wellness classes each week
  4. Full access to the recovery centre that includes an ice bath, cold bath, dry sauna, steam room, hot tub, and member’s lounge.
  5. Accommodation with transport from hotel to Nirvana (round trip) for your stay here in Bali (optional).
  6. Trip to several famous tourist attractions in Bali (depends on the package you choose).
