Full Moon Sound Healing

In this practice we will use 7 Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls.

You will experience 1-hour deep healing process through the sound and vibration emitted by the crystal singing bowls, it will resonate to the brain, and influence the brainwaves from the active state to a more relaxed state.

You will be into Theta brainwaves state, this is the state between awake and asleep and is related to your subconscious mind.
